    Question Should I even worry?

    So at a club tourney this weekend there were some other clubs having tourneys also. I went out in the middle of the bay we launched in and dropped my Power Pole down to wait on my partner to come back. While waiting all of a sudden I felt the boat shake and a loud thump. Looked back and some knuckle head came too close and ran over my pole with his prop. Kept my cool just wanted to go fish. Thoughts?

    As long as function's fine then nothing to worry about. Looks cosmetic only looking in the pics. You can just replace knuckle if you do not like the looks of it. Your a better man then me , I wouldn't have been so refrained. No reason to be that close to another mans boat.

    Amazing how many guys are out there that struggle to control their boat!

    And that does only look cosmetic

    I was sitting in about 4ft of water, so yea he was that close. I did yell at him that he just ran over my power pole and he was like " oh I didn't see it" I didn't see this till I was back on the trailer or I would have been more upset at the time and tracked him down.

    So I emailed Power Pole on how much a replacement cost. Explained what happened and they are sending me a brand new knuckle free! One of the many reason I chose to go with Power Poles.

    Doesn't surprise me! There is no better customer service in the marine industry then Power Pole.

    Ok so is there a video on how to tear apart the joint? Pulled all the bolts and not coming apart. I don't want to mess anything up.

    Some people have nothing better to do. So got the new knuckle replaced and ready to go hit the water again soon.
