    New personal best

Yeah I bet you thought you were gonna see a pic of a big gal, nope took the little ranger out for a morning of fishing got a few nice fish nothing huge, water is still high since the storm , on the way back to the ramp I saw 47.2 mph . Not bad for a 115 with a bass pro mini mart under the decks.

That's awesome! I just bought one of those little Rangers this year. Colder weather has helped hasn't it? Nice job!

Thanks , I cannot take credit on the setup, it's as is from the factory. that was @ 5900 rpms with a Yamaha k21 4 blade, air temp was high 60's, and with about 3/4 tank of fuel. I see just over 46 consistently with just me in the boat.

That is an awesome speed. Those boats fish bigger than they look.

Thanks! For a 17 footer it does fish bigger, is pretty nimble in the rough stuff and the huge console comes in handy in the winter. I have been thinking about moving up to an 518 or 518c until I saw the prices, am looking for more fuel capacity and speed.

My Evinrude hit 48.1 in mid October at Lake of the Ozarks, frost on the boat and all. I love it, really happy with the purchase. Yours is beautiful!
