    Question 2008 HPDI 250 S2

    Leak down test on my number 1 cylinder failed, rebuilt engine and getting ready to break in.

    Question, do I need to have a Yamaha tech set computer for break in?

    When mine was done we did nothing to the ECM but you need to do a sync and link including setting the TPS . If not your idle RPM will be messed up. If you need I can scan the procedure for the process and send it to you.
    Just another beer drinker with a fishing problem.
