Help with Helix Sonar Settings

I have played with the settings the last few trips and made it worse not better. Here's a pic of my sonar so you can see. I forgot to get current settings but hoping somebody on here easily recognizes what I have set wrong. It's self explanatory when you see pic. Thanks.

i would start with factory defaults, there very close. then when you make a change do it little by little and only one change at a time
