My HB 597 is 5 years old and has worked great. Today it stopped all GPS function. No chart but most important to me, no speed reading. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Mine did that once in some very rough water. I smacked on the head unit & fixed it. lol It was a connection problem because i messed with the wires at the mount & got it to do it again then moved them around & made sure they were good snug connections & it hasn't done it since & that's been over a year. Internal antenna may have quit too.
Check the connections and make sure they are clean and tight. Low power can be an issue through the connection.
