    Teflon base pin question

    What are everyones opinions on these? They make sense to me if they work the way they are supposed to but i wanted to hear what everyone says

    I prefer them. I paint my heads with the pin in. And the paint comes off these easily after you remove them

    I love the fact they pull out easy, I don't need pliers.

    I have 50 metal pins that haven't been used in so long I doubt I can even find them. Teflon pins and don't look back.

    I pour using the metal pins but powder coat with the Teflon ones.

    So you can actually pour with them in?

    Yes you can. I pour with them in and powder paint with them end and then bake with them in. Let them cool a bit after painting them. Bend them back and forth a little and the paint will pull off.
