    Ultrex Heading Sensor

What is the best location for the heading sensor. From what I read as long as your far enough from the motor and the power feed you should be fine. They state 24". Does this also include the distance from the fish finder?
    Any feedback or reccomdations?
    Thanks

Mine is in the center rod locker. Works great there and out of the way. Test it first with some doubled sided tape and a few test spins out on the water.

Mounted mine on the front just right off the bow light. Easy access to power, out of the way and quick response to the Ultrex.

So the 360 and Ultrex do not share heading sensors.
