    Squeky Ultrex?

    I have a new Ultrex and it is very noisy. Where the head unit and collar that you use to raise/lower appears to be where the noise come from. It is when you turn the pedal or when Spot Lock turns it automatically. That is when the noise occurs?

    Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Silicone spray on the bottom of the collar.

    Did the silicone spray help? I'm curious. I have the same "squeaky/ creaky noise but only in cold weather (like below 35 degrees F "ish".)

    I would try adding a little lubricant. Not WD40, but some kind of silicone base lub.
