Cleaning my Ultrex today and looks like I may be missing a part/cover. On the underside of the head where the US2 and link enter is there suppose to be a cover or grommet around the wires? My Ultrex has about a 1” open hole where the wires go in. Sorry I can’t figure out how to post a picture.
yes it should have a plastic cover around those wires

Called MinnKota this morning, part is on the way no charge.
Might check inside the head cover.. a little pressure from the bottom side and they will pop out or (in)...
When you put the new in put some silicone around it .
