    Skeeter Carpet

I'm looking to re-carpet my buddies 1997 Skeeter 202zx. Seems pretty straightforward as most of it is compartment lids. I have a few questions
    1. Did they use 20oz carpet?
    2. How much should I order? I would like to do the front and back decks, the floor of the boat, trailer bunks and trailer side pieces.
    3. It seems like the floor of the boat near the console gets wet constantly. Does anyone recommend anything other than carpet for this area that still looks good and holds up?

    thanks in advance

Carpet more than likely was 16oz, possibly 20 oz. You can use 20 oz but will require shaving carpet on inside door and edge of doors. What is width of rear deck, 90"'s?
If boat is 20' 2 " I would least get 25 or 26 feet. If you run short remember that the color/shade can vary as if might be produced on different production line at the mill.
Carpet glue I use is Westwood landau waterproof adhesive. Waterproof and is what alot of upholstery shops use on boat decks and vehicle headliners.
