    721 ride

Had the 721 in 4 ft rollers today on Lake Michigan. Coming down some steep crests I was told how soft it lands. I saw it first hand today. Not one hard slap. Soft landing every time. Was pleased while fishing in these waves how very few times water came over the bow. More and more impressed with the boat the more I’m in it coming out of a 21x2

Hearing reviews like this continue to reinforce the decision I made in going with Phoenix.

+1 on the soft landing. I'll bet you stayed pretty dry too. (with the exception of a windblown spray).

Every time it gets rough I am impressed more and more with mine. Me and dad were out during the fall big bass when the wind was whipping pretty good. We took off and before I knew it were doing 60 across some pretty good waves and it was smooth as it could be. I used to think about wind and water but it doesn't bother me now. I know I can handle it without beating my boat or back out of shape. That wasn't possible in my old boat

Best riding boat I have ever owned. I have always felt comfortable in any conditions the lake has dished out over the past year.
Only thing that rides better is a 921.

I took a brutal beating on st clair in 2-3 ft in my 721 but looked as though my friends were definitely getting wetter in their skeeter. 4 -5 were forecast our last day- we went home early

Don't do it. It'll cost you money.

    I went from a Z7 to a 721, love is an understatement.

If I get the chance Im going to go for that ride! I pretty much wont pass up an opportunity to take a ride in any boat... and if it cost me money in the end, so be it... you can always make more and you cant take it with you! Might as well use it as fun coupons

In all seriousness there are a lot of things I really like about the Birds and have considered getting one... but Im not a fan at all of their layout. Nothing wrong with it, just not what I want in a boat.

Aren't you the one with the 80mph panterra? I love my 721 but that little boat you have is bad machine. Now, if you got in a 919 and flashed that sho it would be stupid nasty.

I had a triton 196 and I felt every tiny wave with it. My 21x2 was a lot better than the 196. My 721 blows them both away

Yes, 85mph , but I guarantee it doesn't ride as good as your Bird in the rough stuff!!! And I think a 721 w/ flashed SHO could break 80 as well, dont you think?

Who am I kidding, I want to own both
