Yes, some use the Helix 12 with that mount.

I have 2 Helix 10's using that mount,really like them very stable in rough water,easy to make adjustments when needed

Do you have the one on bow in the deck or top cap? I was thinking of mounting on the panel at front of deck but could see using this mount also.

Is your bow panel horizontal or vertical? Angled won't work.

Both are mounted on console 1 in front of steering wheel and 1 to the side.Works good I adjust the 1 in front of wheel to face bow when jigging lakers and perch.The other faces back of boat for jigging or trolling.I change adjustment as needed when trolling both face the back 1 unit for gps/map the other for sonar.

Is your bow panel horizontal or vertical? Angled won't work.

If I went on bow panel I'd just use the included mount, yes the panel is angled so that mount wouldn't work there.

Found a picture. I was thinking about mounting on the panel but think i would need to get a new panel also.

What is the thought of mounting on the glass in front of panel?

I use this very same mount for my Helix 10. Have it on a vertical mount and swing, very solidly built and holds firm in rpugh water.

This is my setup on my Nitro 591. Even with the extension arm it's solid as a rock on rough water.
