Installing Fury prop in Yamaha Vmax 250 using flo torq 835271q2

Prop Experts,

I'm Installing a Fury 25" 3 blade prop on a Yamaha Vmax 250 using flo torq 835271q2 hub kit and there's already a thrust washer on the prop shaft from my Yamaha prop. Should I just use that washer and not the one in the kit or do it need to remove that one and install the one in the kit?
