    Well TRUE STORY.. Mine RT 188 with a 115- 4 stroke hits 70 all the time and has done 80 when I'm in a hurry to get to the lake..

    I hit triple digit speeds utilizing JATO, but have no means to refuel on the water. So, I only use it for shotgun starts. FYI, Ranger only allows for one JATO unit. Two will void the warranty.
    2016 Ranger RT188, Yamaha 115 sho, dual console, 80# Ultrex, hotfoot, networked HB Solix 10 & Helix 9, Mega 360. Powertech NRS3 18p, Atlas 4" jack plate.

    I’m also thinking some of it may be my prop. I have a PowerTech 19P. Jumps right out of the hole, but definitely a little slower on top end.

    I’ve seen 51 once and 50 a hand full of times ( loaded, gps) by myself. 46-47 with a passenger.

    I've been over 50 a handful of times...generally tops in mid-40s with full gear and less-than-ideal conditions.

    I bought the boat new late Oct of 2017. Had them put a SS prop on do not know what brand. 13 1/8x19k
