    If you use the fuse in the 5025 instead of the factory holder is there a problem running longer wire to the graph? Stated another way if the 5025 is mounted mid-ship will the factory fuse be ok for the graph at the bow?

    Fine to move the fuse to the block. You generally need a fuse at the power source, the battery in this case, then any time the wire size gets smaller.

    Thank you. So that would imply running the same gauge wire from the 5025 to the bow as is in the power cord of the graph. If correct what size wire is in the Lowrance power connnections?

    You can use larger wire if you want, just as long as you are fused for the smaller wire in the factory harness.
    If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
    nothing else matters.​
