Put the base in a vice. Drill a hole through the pedestal base. Apply penetrating lube let it soak. Find a small rod or use a long bolt or big tiewall nail. Twist back and forth & it should break free. Other option is apply heat to it.

Thank you for that. But what I'm looking for is a new base.
The welding of both of the tubes has broken and each one is very bent towards the rear of the boat. Therefore I am searching a brand new base with the two hole configuration. I can't find it anywhere? I want to replace it, as I already have the deck with 2 holes as well as the carpet which I will glue back down.

Here are the measurements for the base at Snickers89's link

What size diameter is the pedestal ?

Snickers89 & TX Champ. Incredible! I don't know how you found it, but it's exactly the same one. Great Lakes Skipper has a few remaining in stock. They carry hard to find parts. BINGO! There is no part#....but it's the same. So anyone else with a 2007 Elite 200 Champion with a need to replace! I ordered it overnight shipping, already arrived!!! Thank you!

I've had good luck with Cascade depot. Look under floor bases and SKU #3640026-CL. This is a stainless base for a spring lock pedestal, assuming that's what you have.

Jeff, I believe his pedestals are Snap-lock, not Spring lock...
Do you have a link to Cascade? Might help others in finding parts.....
