    Question SHO water pump replacement

    Have any of you changed out the water pump on your 200-250 SHO? I've searched for a video but can't find one. Is it similar to the HPDI pump replacement?

    Thanks Rich. So I’m seeing (7) bolts/nuts. (3) on each side of the lower unit and (1) under the cavitation plate (where the trim tab use to be), correct?

    Yes, and if this is the first water pump change all you need is the impeller.
