    Recarpet Job on My 2004 496

    Before I started.







    Finished with the clean up of the glue and ready to carpet. Added a cup holder up front and Charger Handles.

    my carpet is in really good shape still, but if I ever replaced it, all of those crappy Perko latches would be gone. I hate those things!

    They are a little pricey. I think they were like $100 each i think...

    Dang the gel under looked great. I would have been very tempted to carpet the lids and leave the rest gel. But then again I am not a fan of carpet and my next Charger won't have any.

    A strap and a locker bar just like the nee 210s. The locks on my 1997 were better than the perko trip handles.

    Start to finish was about a week. That was working a couple hours in the evenings and the week ends..
