Sea star tilt helm problem fix maybe lol

Guys with sea star tilt helm that find it doesn't tilt enough down and I have found the steering to be kinda tough when all the way down. I'm working on a fix for it! I have found if you tilt it one notch up on mine it's way easier to steer but thin it feels like a school bus lol. When I get the part ill post pics.

Kyle I have seen your Bullet several times on the net...even saved a pic of it for my private collection of Bullet porn. I never knew that was yours...only clicked when I saw the lime green helm. Only one I have ever seen like that and it is badazz! Like to see that baby in person one day!

I installed a tilt helm the first year I bought it. I dont have any issue with the angle. Tilted up is like a school bus though. I never adjust mine once I get it where I like it.

I bought a new xrs this spring with tilt steering and it is a lot stiffer than the xd I had that didn’t have it. Is there anything I can do to so it will not be so stiff?

Do you have to tilt it all the way down to have it comfortable?
