    Boat Buckle Rave

    I emailed boatbuckle.com and inquired about purchasing a replacement tab for one of my deck mount retractable rod tie downs. They replied and said, they could not sell me one, but they could send me a free replacement. Wow, I was not expecting that reply. This is beyond great customer service. Just wanted the BBC group to also know how I was cared for by this company. I will certainly give boatbuckle.com my future business.

    They are a great with their customer service. I had an old set original to my boat trailer (2003). The retraction springs were shot and would not work half the time. Asked the company about repair or getting new ones and they shipped me a new set at no cost.
    I even told them that I would gladly pay for the set but charged me nothing!

    So you're telling me I could have emailed them about this same problem and I could have gotten a free set instead of paying for new ones? Oh well. Live and learn. Great product and a great company it seems too.
