Flo-torq III hub kit

I just got a used prop for my tin boat, it is a LazerII 20 pitch. This will be going on my 2013 75hp Mercury four stroke. Prop did not come with a hub kit. I have heard that a flo-torq 835257K-9 is the way to go. Is this prop kit the same as a Quicksilver 835257Q-9. They look the same am just making sure. Thanks.
