Thank you Carol for getting me hooked-up with 2 new windshields for my 200 and the flat mounting hardware is an awesome improvement.

For those that missed it, the sale is ending soon so get your orders in.

Thank you Jim!! I think I am going to consider extending it until the week before the boat show due to my helper being gone for Christmas. It has put me behind on a getting all of my contacts replied to.

What is the flat mounting hardware of which you speak ?? Something different than the plastic push and twists !

The entire mechanism is the same, except for the "end tab". Instead of having a 1/2" knob sticking out at the latch, the new ones are flat with a coin slot to twist open or lock. Use a coin or flat blade screw driver to push the pin/spring in and twist. No more tab sticking out.

That is a good description Lojack! No more catching fishing line, boat covers, shirt sleeves or shorts legs on the little "wing" thingy!! Just make sure, if you switch to the flat, that you change the receptacle that is on the console. It comes with the hardware kits. I had one customer that got his windshield on a Friday and wanted the new windshield and hardware on his boat for a tournament the next day. He tried to take a shortcut by NOT changing that little black football shaped thing and put his brand new windshield in a bind and broke it!!!
Groma, maybe someone will read these posts and post a picture of their new windshield with the flat hardware installed.

The sale has been extended for 2 more weeks. The sale price is $100 per windshield + shipping. The regular price is $125 + shipping.
Would you like to send me or post a picture of your windshield from the side so I can match it?

Do you have a closer picture of your windshield? I'm sure I have it in stock, I just need to make sure I get the correct one.
