HDS 10 Gen 2 side image at 800 shows very little down image nothing

I have hds 10 Gen 2 lss2 and at 800 my side image is horrible have to have sensitivity up full just to see anu thing and it's very dull and my down imaging is basically nothing at 455 it's bright but not clear used to work great so I know it's not transducer location wondering what component is my problem the transducer the lss2 or unit itself? Ant help very appreciated I have done both hard and soft resets also.

Maybe installation needs readjusted?

Mine did the same thing... reset to factory default and fixed mine. Worth a try

Try a soft reset first, if that doesn't work use the hard reset where everything goes back to default.

Check your transducer as they do come loose and that can affect the view.
