Alligator Lake

Can anyone provide any information with regard to consideration of an 18 boat tournament on this lake. Know nothing about it, just checking it out to see if a possibility as a change to normal lakes we all fish.
Is there a good ramp, enough parking, etc.... think I saw something about a sink hole swallowing part of the lake last year.
Any pros/cons would be appreciated including ramp hours and facilities.
I believe this is like a 800 acre lake near E. Lake Toho.

If you use the ramp at Trout lake,parking is limited and not much room to dock boats,Alligator lake is better but on a long canal.
