    150 vmax efi mods

Would I see much gains from doing reeds, hydrotec velocity stacks, throttle body spacer, and lightweight flywheel? Not wanting to do the phase kit due to having to run premium fuel. 87 octane is the only thing available non ethanol around me so wanting to stick to that

Just doing what you listed I don't think you would see much of a horsepower increase but those parts mention should give you a seat of the pants increase in throttle response in the low to middle rpm ranges for sure. Add a tuner to that and you'll get a little hp increase and maybe a few more mph...without having to run higher octane fuel. The parts you listed will get the air in better but still has to go out through the stock restricted tuner.
