how was kent lake
Fished White Lake today. Caught fish on Blade ( The old fashioned Silver Buddy ) and my little drop shot. Water was 53 degrees. Should be getting better in a couple weeks.
how deep were they?
15 25 feet deep for blades and drop shot. Caught some shallow on a swim jig.
Kent sucked... I never caught a bass, But managed a few pike.... Stiz only caught 3 bass and 4 pike.... 2 that weighed 3lbs total.McCarter didn't even catch one bass either. Foly had 10 lbs with 5. He said the lake is not what it once was... Basically calls it dead. 14.?lbs was first and second place... Tons of zeros.
Everybody that did ok that I know caught them on blade baits....
There was a 21xdc Bullet in PURPLE/WHITE that looked pretty cool.. He just bought it this spring and lives in Clio MI.

I think it was tough all over. We fished 8 hours on Cass and caught 2 keepers. One little smallie in 25 feet of water on a blade. We covered every spot we knew and only saw maybe 10 cruisers. Winners and second were just under 12 pounds. Took 8 pounds to finish 5th last money spot.
The guy with the Bullet is Ryan Mills. They won yesterday and had Big Largemouth. That is definitely a great looking boat.
