Best Meatlof I have Ever Had.

Best Meatloaf I have ever eatin and very simple. Cooked on the Weber Smokey Mountain but could be baked in an oven too. Main ingredients are 1 pound turkey and 1/2 pound ground sausage. We did not use the ground chicken. I smoked this at 300-325 for 35minutes and then added the glaze and cooked for 15 more minutes. I use 1 hickory and 1 apple wood chunk. Let it set for 20 minutes and sliced. Edges were crisp and the meat was most. Try this one.

Sure it can be done in an oven but the smokers make food 100 times better

Absolutely not dry. Used Elliot's ground sausage, but any brand should work.

I put bacon on top and used ground pork instead of sausage, outstanding and gone.
