    Cole Slaw

    Ok , Who made the Coleslaw it was GREAT , made a killer slaw burger.. looks like several of us would like to have the recipe ,, Please ...

    All the slaw was gone by time the word got around about how good it was, so I missed out, so I really need the recipe to just get to try it, but I heard many comments about how good it was

    Well, your forgiven, I’d probably done same thing if I’d seen it too, guess Kevin will have to bring more smoked pork butt and whoever made that slaw is going to have to make a quadruple batch next time

    The coleslaw recipe is:
    1 bag angel hair or mixed cabbage

    1 small chopped yellow onion

    Mayo(I use the one with olive oil)-start with 3/4 cup, depends on how creamy you like it

    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

    Mix and check for seasoning. Be warned the cayenne and onions will increase the heat with time. It’s best to mix at least an hour or more before serving. Enjoy!!
