Was not real sure how well this bait would work outside of the spring when the fish have the feed bag on..So far its been giving me my biggest fish of the day on my recent trips..Been getting hit like a freight train too!! Had started out this morning and the bite was pretty tough..Did not even see any bait fish moving around and had made it through throwing most of what I had brought..Spinner bait, Jig, Horney toad, Whopper and had next to nothing going on...Noticed there was a sandy stretch coming out of some weeds like someone had dragged a prop through the area and decided to break out the Drop Up... Made the cast and moved it about 2 feet just crawling it along before I got hit by the train!! Hit so fast and hard I was sure it was a pike!!
Was a dam good day considering how bad yesterday sucked for me with the kidney stone!!!

The Pike like them too...Was a little nervous that bait was going to be gone!!
Not a huge pike but pretty good for a 300 acre city pond
Have a few more pictures of Drop up fish but you have seen enough of my ugly mugBait has performed better than I thought it would for the fall
And yes I know Im fat and I need to shave more ect
