    Helix 10 di

    I have a helix 10di gen 1 that is having some problems.Everything started when I tried to load some waypoints using a SD card.Screen said wait while loading waypoints, routes,and trails and is froze up.I have tried everything and when it boots up it locks up within a minute after start up.Anyone have any ideas what I can try before I send it back to humminbird,thanks

    If you can get to the menu fast enough before it locks up, restore factory defaults.

    Also, remove all SD cards from it.

    Pull all cards out. Then try to start up. If it starts up try to delete all the new waypoints if possible

    If the unit keeps freezing up then its most likely "bricked". If you just put in some new waypoints , some of them may be corrupt and caused this issue. Gonna need to call C/S
