    Kistler rod repair

I have a 6'6" LTA that i love, have more than one. It was under a cleat in boat, I picked it up , broke right in the middle. Looks like it was cut with a hacksaw, not fragmented. Is there a way to repair it and if so, would it still have the same strength? Also not sure about sensitivity, but I can use it for something that is not a factor.

yes it can be fixed i do it all the time for the public ive probably repaired over 150 broken rods. you will hear it cant be done by many people but they have never seen or used one of my repairs. i charg 15,00 to fix a broken rod but shipping really hurts. if you want to try it yourself pm me and ill try to walk you through it
