2011 21 xrd with 2012 250 pro xs

Ran my new to me Bullet today with a 27 Hydromotive quad IV X OB and my best speed was 80 mph, This is my third Bullet, other two were 21 xdc's with 250's and they all ran 84 to 86 mph. This one does have the new 112 lb ultrex on it and four batteries, but I didn't expect this much speed loss. Not sure what gear ratio I have, I changed my water pump and didn't see the ratio stamps on top of the lower unit anywhere. It is the torque master lower unit not the wing master. I looked at the tach and was showing around 6000 rpm when I hit 80 mph. I will try some more props to see if I can improve the speed, hopefully I can. The water pressure was around 16 to 18 psi and it felt like I had plenty of lift. What gear ratio do you guys think I have and any idea on improving my speed? Thanks for any input

Some guys are going to be at Bob Sandlin the week end of the 4th of Nov, regular
ramp for prop testing. Need to come and try different props. I'll have a 28 &30 pitch pro max
29 Hydro and a 30 Bravo you can try. As for the gears I would bet they are 1.75s
