I talked to Wayne today and asked if he would consider letting me trade the tuner I bought back in June for some other things I need.He was very accommodating and pleasant. He didn't have to do anything for me. What a great company to deal with.
These things can happen when you are straying off the OEM path. I really wish the tuner would have worked for me but at least I tried.

Similar experience with them. Great bunch to work with. Very knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile when I had an issue come up that was actually no fault of Hydro Tech.
I have been dealing with wayne for more than 20 yrs and nothing has changed from then til now. Very good customer relations and will go that extra mile to help em out. His after sale availability is second to none!
