    Carpet Replacement

I live in Kentucky. Is there anyone who recarpets boats that do really good work. If I had a good carpet job my boat it would look new.
When recarpeting a boat how close quality is this to factory job ?

As long as you're not using cheap replacement carpet. Should look as good, if not better than factory.

If you are at all mechanically inclined It is a pretty simple weekend job.

Go to the KY discussion forum. Look for the sticky thread at the top about boat carpet installation.

Do it yourself. Its tedious but doable with some effort.

I had my 2004 Champion done for $1000 and it was a professional job. I have done it myself and the money to get it done is well worth it IMO.

I didnt think you could get one done that cheap. If that includes removing the old carpet / carpet / supplies / and prep I retract my previous DIY statement.
