HPDI Lifting ring question

Will a lifting ring from a Mercury(2003 175 Opti) work with a (2005 225hp)HPDI?

I bought an adapter plate for my Mercury lifting ring that will bolt on to my SHO, so you can use the Mercury lifting ring. That may be your best option as far as price goes.

There should be 3 lifting eyes on the HPDI, 1 on each cyl head & 1 on the intake manifold, make sure the mounting bolts for them are tight.

This is correct info. I just replaced trim bushings last spring and used the stock lifting eyes.
