    Mr. Wayne?

    You mentioned that you made a transducer cable protector for where the TM transducer cable runs up the side of the TM foot to the shaft, could you share how you made this and possibly provide a picture please? Thanks.

    I use 1" aluminum from Lowes. Took a piece of wood and carved out the shape of the bend for the cable, laid the aluminum on the wood and whacked it into the recess with a ball pein hammer. Then I filed the edges down where the hose clamps would be (sort of made a groove to prevent slipping), tapered the ends some, and gave it a few coats of spray paint/primer.

    Made two of them and gave the other to a friend that I fished with at Lake Fork (sort of stumpy there too).

    I sent Transducer Shield and Saver a picture of it and suggested they make that as one of their offerings. Would be a simple production with a die/press. Has not happened.

    When I posted it first, I had------ahead of the link and that hosed up the link. Couldn't open it myself. Works after I fixed it.
