Well, I told you guys that I would keep you updated on how my weight loss is going, and it’s been a while since I’ve provided such an update, so here it goes.....
Bam! Needless to say, I’m super proud of myself for the progress I’m making. Still a long way to go, but I’ve mafe great strides. Over 40 lbs since August 16, and over 45 lbs since I was my heaviest back in June.
Thanks to all my friends here for the well wishes and messages of support and encouragement. Only about 150 more lbs to go

Great job! I learned to "enjoy" my stomach growling when I was hungry, it signaled the fight I was winning. Keep focused and find something to occupy you when your bored (tie jigs, organize tackle, build a rod, etc...). Boredom is weight gains biggest allie IMO.
