    Which cards do I need

Picking up my new BassCat at the factory in 5 days, and I have 2 Helix Mega 10's with Ethernet link, and an Ultrex. We fish in AL, GA & TN. So....
    1) What card would be best? LakeMaster Plus for SE ? Or other?
    2) Does each unit need a LakeMaster card or just console unit?

    Thank you in advance !!!

"Best" for you is the product that has the coverage you need where and how you need it.

Look at the actual maps on the Navionics website's Web App.

Download the lake list from the Humminbird Lakemaster website.

Helix units don't share map data.

I would highly recommend looking at Navionics as well. If you find them to be to your liking (and I bet you will!) the best card for you is the Navionics+ card that covers the entire US and Canada. Since you fish in TN which is considered the Eastern region, and you listed Southern region lakes, this card would be best versus buying two Region cards.

Any Humminbird unit will read the maps from a Platinum card. Some won't read the extra stuff like satellite overlay, 3D, and photos.
    Which Helix??????

The compatibility list is on the Navionics website.

I have a Lakemaster on my console Onix but it wouldnt cover one particular lake that my family has week long annual crappie on, Navionics does. So I have the Lakemaster at the console Onix and the Navionics at the bow Helix. The Lakemaster is awesome with depth offset, depth highlight, etc. But the Navionics seems to give a lot more info about submerged roads, bridges, and creek beds yet in certain shallow areas of lakes you just get a blue screen with no contours. For example I was in a 5' deep flat on Bull Shoals this weekend, as I approached it with my Lakemaster in the Onix I had contours (although not many as it's a shallow flat) but with Navionics I just had a blue screen. The only reason I have the Navionics is because of one lake but they both have their plus and minuses.
