    Talk me out of it

Thinking ill be listing my 921 in the next few weeks to buy a slightly newer 920. I know the process of selling and buying is a pia as i went through it last winter, but i really want a 920. Ill have a few extra bucks to kick in so may be looking at one a couple years newer. Why shouldnt i do it

Ride ride and did I say ride. LOL other then that get the 920 it will still be a good ride and a lot faster. I like the 921 length of the front deck for rods. I don't think much difference other then those two things since they are laid out the same.

I had a 920 since 2013 and recently picked up my 2018 921. 920 was a bit faster (I could care less about speed anything that goes 70 mph is good for me). The ride on my 921 vs 920 is a huge difference. The 920 ride was good but the 921 is amazing in rough water. It’s all personal preference. Have you taken a 920 out yet? I’d highly recommend doing that before you make your decision.

Ive never ridden in a 920 but i fish smaller water 99% of the time, so ride isnt a huge deal although the 921 is a dream to ride in. Ive also not had one single gremlin in the 921, so thats hard to part with. I do like speed, and getting passed by a 920 saturday morning irritated me just a little. I like going fast. The one thing i do know is that i wont be getting out of a 9 series phoenix. I love them

Don’t do it. Keep the 921 and enjoy the ride. The grass is always greener on the other side my friend.

Keep the 921 and have the prop and lower worked.

It seems like it was not that long ago when you was talking about selling the Triton and giving up on fishing altogether because the baby was on the way. My advice then was hold onto the boat and see if you can find a family/fishing balance. Now it looks like you have found something that works so I am glad to see that. My advice this time is if you can swing it order a new one. This will ensure you get Exactly what you want boat/motor/accessories wise. There will be no need to sell Power Poles and switch the current trolling motor for an Ultrex. Order exactly what you want even if it means holding out for a little bit.

I think he should sell his current boat back to the previous owner for what he paid for it.
