I have a 05 champion 206 elite with a 05 verado 275,running a 25p tempest plus. my prop shaft is 2.75" below the bottom of the boat. I'm only running 59mph at full throttle and 6150rpm. Any advice about the best prop would be helpful

How long have you owned this boat?
Drop the motor 1/2" and try it again and if it improves drop it another 1/2". It's got a lot of prop slip
how much of a rooster tail does it have?
I would recommend a 26 Fury, but keep in mind you probably may pick up another 5 MPH. The 206 has a great fishing platform and a good rough water boat but definitely a lead sled.
Id think you need more pitch...26 or 27.
I run a 150hp motor and it turns a 24 pitch easily. Your rpms are up there too.

Yes these boats were heavy, just a tradeoff ride or speed.
