Me a partial refund, I'll consider that, but I'm not paying for a unit that was less than described. He knows he's in the wrong. It's why he can't be a man and respond to me. The reason I am asking I have a new screen for a Helix 10. I purchased it on ebay an was going to see if it would fit a helix 9 which I had a damaged screen on, different connections. Never see another on there.

I contacted Al yesterday, and he advised to reach out to the seller one more time, them to file a claim if I don't get a response. That's the route I took this morning. 3 attempts via text message and email over a 3 day period with no response. So the seller had a chance to discuss possible solutions to this issue.

I've put an ipad protective film on my old LCX screen. Works like a charm! Has also prevented permanent scratches/damage on the unit itself - I have scuffs on the film that would have likely been much worse on the unit's native screen!
