Not online, but one of the best places is Jones Trolling Motor, who is a board sponsor and also one of the moderators of this forum.
Look at it this way. You usually get what you pay for. Most Minnkota dealers will sell the board at ABOUT if not exactly the same price. It may also be a fair trade item with discounting not allowed. If you frequent BBC and trade with our sponsors, Jones Trolling Motors as an example, you know you'll get a fair deal, because bad news travels like wildfire, good news travels slow. JTM has always received accolades here for courteous service and willingness to share any advice about their products. He will let you know if the defective item is indeed the board if asked.
We try to keep the boards in stock so shipping is usually the same day you order. sometimes on an out of stock order, the shipping will be delayed a couple of days waiting on product.
