    Slow smoked Brontosaurus ribs

A place called Mighty Quinn's in New York smokes a 3-rib rack of short ribs(connected 12"-14" long ribs) for 12+ hrs. I'm wanting to make these but can't find anywhere what temp to smoke them for 12hrs. I'm all ears guys! Thanks! Scott

    Dino ribs...250-275....brisket on a stick!
Cook to feel not time. Once you make these you will be hooked. There are chuck ribs then plate ribs. Plate are the true 6,7,8th bone from ribs. Chuck are good too and probably what you will get. 4 bone vs. 3 bone. Go to your local butcher and talk.
