That prop has a rubber pressed in hub... Removing the hub does not include your type... Just square bore props.

What is the best way to ship a prop to Croxton, USPS or UPS?

UPS, in a 16x16x9 heavy cardboard box, with the prop bolted through to a piece of 1/4" plywood to keep it centered. Then a lot of filler paper or air bags to cushion the blades. Usually costs me about $25 bucks insured.

How hard do you have to tap the thrust washer to get it off? I tapped it with hammer and punch still wont budge.

Keep hitting it harder and rotate until it comes loose.

No the thrust washer on the prop shaft itself.

I have been successful using a piece of 1" x 1" hardwood about a foot long. ( an old hammer handle will work) Put one end under the thrust washer and use the gear case housing edge as a fulcrum and rap the end with a hammer in several places if need be til it turns loose. If this doesn't work you will have to use a 3 or 4 jaw gear puller. When re-installing it use a bit of Moly grease on the bevel of the shaft and washer. Also removing the prop occasionally to check for fishing line and re greasing will help keep this from happening.
