2013 19X/225 Merc Set Up

Got a friend selling his TR196 and just bought a 13 TR19X/225 Merc....looking info on best set up starting point and prop...thanks guys.

I've got a '13 triton 19 SE which I think is the same hull or at least similar? (19'9") with a merc 225. Not sure what my prop to pad is but I have a 8 inch set back jack plate with a 25 pitch fury and with a moderate load I get 68-69 MPH. With me and my dad, full of gear and livewells I still get a solid 65-66 which is pretty good IMO because we are both 6'5" pushing 300!

Mine runs fine with a 25 Tempest. He should see ~72 alone and light. Should be a nice upgrade from the 196.

72 mph.


26p fury 3 blade 73.5, no talons
