    Power pole blade issue?

    Hello, one of my power pole blades is not working. One of the pumps is working fine with the flashing green light while the other is staying green. Not flashing and it won't program. Checked the fuses, turned main power off and back on, nothing. Tried re-programming, nothing either. I've never had this issue before. Also, the pole is in the down position. When I first tried them the motor was making a strange noise. Has anyone had this issue before? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Sounds like a board issue, you can take the top off of the pump, take out board unplug and replug in ribbon cable. If this fails to solve the issue and poles are under warranty Power Pole will send you a replacement board.
