ever since i topped off this oil tanks there seems to be a lot of oil slick in my
bilge area, is it possible that while underway and slashing around can some oil
escape the container thus causing a mess? i thought to myself it seems that i'm using a lot of oil cuz
of where the oil level is now. yea i lost some oil and i see it in my bilage area ,not a shit load but
evidence of it leaking from somewhere. your thoughts.

Take the cap off and check the O ring under the cap.

Also check the gasket or seal under the oil pickup assembly.

did a tourney yesterday did some flying around. found minimum level drop in the res oil and no
oil spillage ...yea i think i may have filled it to much causing the over spill......and yes i gotta check the cap
seal. any special seal?
