2 anglers per boat, unless one is a student angler,( high school or junior high) then there maybe 3
Special awards to the boat with a high school or junior high angler that finishes highest.

Got results? That 15 inch limit is a rough one for down there. Our club tourney had a 1-1/2 pound average fish with many weighed in.
