    Live well air intakes

I got a problem, the nipple on the back of the live well air intake disc where the tube connects to the back has broken off on one of the discs. Ordered a new one, but I'm pretty sure that running the new tubing is gonna be a real PITB. Has anyone ever done this?

I haven't had to run a new line but if you remove the panel for the shifter I think you can reach the back of them.

I am going to replace mine due to being old and cracked, and my thought was to tape the new to the old in the back and then pull the new through with the old to run it. I don't know if it'll work but that was the best thought I had.

Normally I would do that, but the tube in question is pulled out and laying in the battery compartment. I'm gonna have to feed it through by hand somehow.

Pull the cover by the shifter and use a fish stick ,slide it thru to the battery compartment and pull your tube back to the hole

Yeah I just ordered 2 max air intakes today. I figure if I have to do one of them I may as well do both since I'm not sure of the condition of the tubing for the other one. Boat is a 2003 and I'm sure it has been in there since it was new
