Can you ID this?

I was working on the electronics at the bow and took off the panel. When I looked down in the bilge I found these tubes that run down the center.



There are three tubes, two are clear and one is black. They are tied together and just end attached to nothing. Can anyone tell me what they are for?

Drains from your front seat pedestal bases maybe.

This and storage area in the front and the recessed pedal tray should have a line coming from the drain.
